An evening of Schubert Lieder and favorite songs

Liederstube – An oasis for art song in the Fine Arts Building founded by pianist, author, and mathematician Eugenia Cheng – presents selections from the Schubert song cycles and more. Join us for this preview of Liederstube’s upcoming Schubertiade event which will feature complete performances of Die Schöne Müllerin, Schwanengesang, and Die Winterreise with Eugenia Cheng at the piano. Featuring singers from the Lyric, Chicago Opera Theater, Komische Oper Berlin, Chanticleer and Bella Voce.
